Flying Eagle International Culture Media Co., Ltd. (“Flying Eagle”, “we” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how this website, flyingeagle-ai.com, collects, uses and protects your personal data, and which analytics and advertising tools the website uses.

1. What data we collect

Data you enter in the signup form: name, mobile number, LINE ID (optional), region, the course you are interested in, what you want to use AI for (optional) and how you heard about us (optional).
Data recorded automatically when you submit the form: the time of submission, the address of the signup page and the previous page, ad campaign parameters (such as utm_source) and, if you reached this website by clicking an ad, the click IDs and identifiers that ad platforms add to the web address or the browser (such as gclid, fbclid, ttclid and _fbp).
Usage data when you browse the website: browsing history, device and browser type, approximate location and similar data collected through the analytics and advertising tools listed below.

2. Why we collect it

To answer course enquiries, contact you about your signup, confirm the class session and location, and send you course and promotion information.
To manage and serve students and customers, and to reply to your questions.
To analyze how the website is used, improve it, and measure and improve the effectiveness of our ads.

3. How long, where, by whom and how the data is used

Period: from the time of collection until the purposes above are fulfilled, or longer where laws or contracts require it. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within a reasonable time.
Location: Taiwan, and the regions where the cloud services and ad platforms we use store or process data.
Recipients: Flying Eagle and the people who help provide our courses; the cloud services that store or process data on our behalf (Google Sheets and Gmail, Cloudflare); and the ad platforms listed below (limited to the data needed to measure ad effectiveness).
Method: we contact you by phone, LINE, text message or email, and store, count and analyze data electronically.

4. Measuring ad effectiveness

To find out whether our ads really help people find our courses, when you submit the signup form we may share the following data with Meta, Google and TikTok to match it against ad results: your mobile number hashed with SHA-256, ad click IDs, browser identifiers and browser type. The ad platforms receive the hashed code, not your actual mobile number. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Analytics and advertising tools (cookies and similar technologies)

8. Data security

This website uses encrypted HTTPS connections throughout. Signup data is stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet that requires sign-in permission and is not public.

9. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy because of changes in law or in our services. Revisions will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated.
